St George and Dragon, milled edge, 28.24g, 12h (Bull 2592; ESC 302; Spink 3921), cleaned and heavily hairlined, yet with a residual flashy-lustre to the depths of the fields, very fine; 'Golden Jubilee' Double-Florin, 1889, Arabic 1, crowned 'Jubilee' bust left, rev. crowned cruciform shields, sceptres in angles, milled edge, 22.53g, 12h, heavily pinmarked and bright, spot of toning before the bust to otherwise lustrous surfaces, struck details about extremely fine (2)
