Anne (1702-1714), Post-Union, 'Roses and Plumes' Shilling, 1714 over 3, fourth draped bust left, rev. four crowned shields cruciform, roses and plumes in angles, six strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 6.04g [93.2grns], 5h (Bull 1413 [R3]; cf. ESC 1161; Spink 3617), lightly cleaned, a softness throughout, reverse better, otherwise rare, good very fine; and Post-Union, Sixpence, 1711, first draped bust left, rev. crowned cruciform shields, plain in angles, six strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 2.96g [45.7grns], 7h (ESC 1596A; Bull 1461; Spink 3619), some scuffs and softness to higher points of devices, otherwise beautifully toned with magenta hues, very fine (2)
