HENRIC ROSAS REGNA IACOB, crowned square-topped shield over cross fourchée, beaded inner circles both sides, 2.28g [35.2grns], 5h, m.m. trefoil (Schneider II, 99-100; North 2119; Spink 2642B), small scuff before nose, otherwise peripheral striking softness, bright and lustrous, a most pleasingly bold very fine, with a captivating and uniform Romanised Royal portrait
