Edith Maud Badger was the wife of Sir G. M. Badger, they were married in London in 1941. This year, the Sir Geoffrey Malcolm Badger Memorial Scholarship was left by her to the University of Adelaide in order '...to support students who are undertaking study in organic chemistry at the University of Adelaide.'
