The Ceremonial Kukri presented to Major-General F. A. M. B. Jenkins, Indian Army, upon leaving the post of District Officer Commanding Quetta & Baluchistan, by the 9th Gurkha Rifles

A 20th Century Ceremonial or Presentation Kukri, with sharpened plain blade, the grip of horn with white metal mounts, the pommel with lion's head in relief. The scabbard attractively worked in white metal and velvet, with mounted 'jewel' and 'flower in urn' decoration below, with a 9th Gurkha Rifles cap badge applied. Belt fitting to reverse and with chain and medalet mounting surrounding both the scabbard and the belt fittings.
