The Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem (Serving Member); Defence Medal 1939-45, very fine (2)

Gwendel Harvey, nee Rothera was born on 17 September 1893 a native of Beeston, Nottinghamshire, the daughter of Frank Alan Rothera, Royal Navy who was killed on 2 August 1918 when serving in H.M.S. Ariel.

Gwendel married Major General George Alfred Duncan Harvey in September 1916 and died in London in June 1979.
