(x) Imperial Bank, Kingdom of Persia, [Top Pop] 50 Tomans, Teheran, 29th July 1924, serial number F/A 002.959, multicoloured with a portrait of Naser al-Din Shah in traditional Persian military uniform with fez in central medallion encircled by a mandala. Centre left vignette containing watermark of a lion with a sword. Farsi text on obverse with black script at top centre margin reading "Payable only in Tehran". The date stamp overlaps the portrait of Naser al-Din Shah.
