Registered by 1927 to acquire the Angel Hotel in Dale Street, Liverpool. Reorganised as Comberbach’s Angel Hotel (1940) Limited in 1940, and, Victoria Hotel (Liverpool) Limited, first debenture stock, 191[3], #10 and Second debenture stock, 191[0], #19, these both ink cancelled.
