Originally registered as the New Jointless Rim Limited in 1898 to acquire the business of the Jointless Rim Ltd., formed in 1893. 'New' was dropped from the name by special resolution in 1901. Worked a patent for producing metallic rims for cycle and motor wheels and to acquire a licence from Dunlop to operate the Westwood rim patents. Leased the Arrol Works, Aston, Birmingham. In liquidation 1906. VF.
