Great Britain: Bard Cycle Manufacturing Company Ltd., £1 ordinary shares, 189[8], #724, nice scrollwork at left with elderly gentleman playing a harp, blue. Messrs Hands and Cake of Digbeth, Birmingham converted to this Limited company in 1897 making the Bard cycle. Made a motorised tricycle in 1898 and also produced the Bard motorcycle until the company folded and was sold in 1903. GVF and rare.
