Incorporated in New York in 1915 to build submarines and ammunition, and to take over the Electric Boat Co. Works in New Jersey. Later built cargo vessels from 1917 until the yard closed in 1922. In liquidation in 1928. Together with Owl Oil Company, 19[18], green. VF (2).
