Austria, Archduke Leopold, as Bishop of Strassburg (1619-1632), Thaler, 1623, Hall, draped bust right dividing date, rev. crowned and lightly garnished shield, plain edge, 12h, 28.71g (Dav. 3330; Vog. 175/II), bright, struck on a slightly convex flan and with evidence of metal stressing to the bust, nevertheless nearing extremely fine; Joseph II (1765-1790), Thaler, 1786, Kremnitz, crowned shield with supporters, rev. Madonna and Child seated, security edge, 12h, 28.03g (Dav 1169; Vog.295/II), a touch of softness to the highest points and some flan adjustment marks to reverse field, otherwise pleasingly toned in the fields, good very fine; Karl VI (1711-1740), Thaler, 1738, Kremnitz, laureate and cuirassed bust right, rev. crowned double headed eagle dividing K-B, upwards lettered edge, 12h, 28.73g (Dav 1062; Vog.260/IV), some contact marking and slightly weakly struck in centre of obverse, yet lustrous in fields, good very fine / extremely fine (3)
