Victoria (1837-1901), Pattern Proof 'Gothic' Crown, MDCCCXLVII [1847] UNDECIMO, by W Wyon, crowned 'Gothic' bust left, WW on truncation, rev. crowned shields cruciform, raised lettered edge downwards, 28.31g, 6h (ESC 288; Bull 2571; Spink 3883) wiped and hairline scratching in the fields, bruised to the obverse edge at 10 and less notably at 4 o'clock, nonetheless with blue and ochre toning to the legends and reverse, brilliance beneath, just extremely fine
