Italy, Venice, AR Soldinos (2), unofficially current in England and dubbed 'Galleyhalfpens', Doge Leonardo Loredan (1486-1538) (2), 0.30g, 5h, 12mm.; another, 0.24g, 4h, both with deposits and 'field' tone, fine or better; additionally, AE Jettons (5), including: 'Sterling' or 'Black Money' Type, c. 1300-1325, in the style of an Edward II Penny, 0.81g (Benet, 3rd Edn, pp. 753, M23-0106), deposits, with dark patina, very fine; also, Continental Issues (4), French Types (2), c. 1350-1450, Tournai Style, a large fragment, 1.71g, corroded and fractured, struck details very fine; the other, c.1450-1500, 2.88g (Saunders [2001], pp. 229, no. 84), an edge chip, with a richer green patina, almost very fine; lastly, Nuremberg, Hanns Krauwinckel, c. 1586-1635, 1.13g; 1.15g (2), both lightly corroded with dark patination, about very fine (7)
