Chelsea beat Liverpool 2-1 at Wembley on 5 May 2012. Despite inquiries with Liverpool Football Club, an attribution to a recipient has not been found. It is assumed therefore this was granted to one of the technical staff or may alternatively have been one of the spares produced by Toye, Kenning and Spencer but not distributed at the Final.
