St George and Dragon within Garter, upwards lettered edge, 6h, 28.19g (ESC 219; Bull 2016; Spink 3787), cleaned and bagmarked, a light streak of verdigris to the reverse, otherwise some tone to the peripheries and pleasing detail to the hair, near extremely fine; 'New Coinage' Halfcrown, 1819, Type 2, small laureate head right, rev. crowned shield within Garter, edge milled, 12h, 14.13g (ESC 623; Bull 2102; Spink 3789), cleaned and lightly contact marked, yet now with hints of tone to the peripheries, bold very fine (2)
