George III (1760-1820), Trio of Gold Coins (3), including: 'Rose' Guinea, 1777, fourth laureate head right, rev. crowned garnished shield, edge chevron milled, 8.17g, 6h (Farey 1170; EGC 695; Spink 3728), creased and polished, with dent before nose, struck details fine; another, 'Spade' Guinea, 1788, fifth laureate head right, rev. crowned 'Spade' shied, edge chevron milled, 8.27g, 12h (MCE 392; Farey 1270; EGC 713; Spink 3729), removed from a solder mount with resultant damage at 12 o'clock, polished, struck details almost very fine; lastly, Half-Guinea, 1787, fifth laureate head right, rev. crowned 'Spade' shield, 4.15g, 11h (MCE 427; EGC 829; Spink 3735), dented on neck, otherwise a bolder fine (3)
