1896-1900 postal history selection (4) including 1896 (9 May) Mashonaland 3d. stationery card to Germany uprated with 1897 Arms ½d., 1896 (11 Apr.) envelope from Winburg to Germanys, bearing 1894 1d. purple strip of four (one with small defect), a little heavily cancelled and tied by "winburg/o.v.s." c.d.s, 1900 (22 Aug.) Otto Seiffert picture postcard ("Reise uber die Goldfelder in Transvaal") to Germany, bearing 1d. tied by Pretoria c.d.s. and 1909 (1 Feb.) double rate envelope registered to Germany, bearing KE 2½d. (2) and 4d., all tied by "fraser st/johannesburg" double-ring d.s. interesting and attractive group.
