(5) alongside 1867-70 4d. lake-red on pale rose paper all tied by Tortola d.s. with "R" in oval and a further strike of the despatch c.d.s. with arrival datestamp on reverse; the envelope with stain at top though a scarce mixed-issue franking and highly appealing
