Area selection including Siberia Kolchak Army issues 1919 perforated stamps selection (5) each showing variety overprint inverted , fine mint or unmounted and expertised by Mikulski or with other Soviet Philatelic markings on the reverse. Zemstvo Osa 1890 4k. brown and pale brown with background shifted to left, horizontal pair on small piece cancelled by complete oval c.d.s. in blue. 1898 2k. red (2) used. Perm 1872 3k. black, variety broken inner circle unused. 1918 15k. red printed on pasted up paper unmounted. Slightly mixed condition, a useful selection for the specialist.
