Avondale: 1915-17 a group of these scarce double-circle with 1915 (19 May) on ½d., A22 (very rare); 1916 (15 May) with "MAI" for "MAY" on ½d., A23 (very rare); 1917 (3 May) with blank before two yeardate on ½d., A24 (very rare) and 1917 (7 Aug.) with blank before two year date and letters missing from the town name on 1d., A25 (very rare). Good to fine. (4)
