1865 (10 Jan.) wrapper addressed to England bearing 1a. and showing private advertising collar wines spirit/chapmanbc/general agents/bangalore, on the front also boxed insufficient and india unpaid hand stamps, the reverse with arrival London (21.2) c.d.s. Some soiling and toning spots not detracting the overall appearance, nevertheless a very rare item, this is the first advertising collar on India we ever offered.
