Waldau: 1917 (23 Feb.) printed form to Windhoek marked "Bookpost" bearing ½d. tied by very good second type c.d.s. (B2) with violet censor mark alongside, Okahanja and Windhoek markings on reverse. A superb example of this very rare datestamp, Putzel describing it as "so rare that it is difficult to study it".
