1869 (12 Oct.) envelope ex the "Cochrane" correspondence headed "Officer's Letter", bearing 1864-79 1d. red Pl. 129 block of four (small defects) and a pair, all tied by Derry "172" duplex, showing unframed "insufficiently/prepaid" h.s. in red with manuscript "over ½oz" alongside, red crayon "2", manuscript "9" and "1/-" with, on reverse, Liverpool, London and "sierra leone" double-arc (8.11) datestamps; the envelope with some tears and creases
