1886 (15 Sept.) triple rate envelope registered to London, bearing 1876 1/- and 1884-91 2d. grey each cancelled "B31", "R" in oval h.s. at foot and with Liverpool (7.10) and London (7.10) Registered oval d.s. overlapping at centre, Sierra Leone (15.9) and Sierra Leone Paid (20.9) c.d.s. on reverse; a little soiling around the adhesives though a scarce franking
