1890s-1940s, a detailed and chiefly used collection filling five albums, well written-up per Barefoot or Koeppel & Manners Court Fee and Revenue Stamps of the Princely States of India, identifying shades, printing varieties, etc, extensive representation of over seventy states, with many desirable items, four albums are of Princely States, noting examples from Bagasra, Benares, Bhor, Chuda, Dasada, Dholpur, Junagadh, Mysore, Nabha, Nalagarh, Narsingarh,Rairakhol, Rajgarh with 1940-45 overprints, useful 1920s/40s Court Fee stamps of Rajpipla, Sailana, Sirohi, and many more, fifth volume of India to the 1980s, noting Broker’s Note, Court Fee, Customs stamps, Postal Service revenues, telegraph stamps, etc, condition mixed with some faults to be
expected, an overall very good – fine collection that would take exceptional effort to duplicate.
