Chester Oliver Frake was born on 28 December 1903 and died on 27 November 1992; he is buried in the Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia, U.S.A.


The medals are displayed in a frame with the following archive:

Department of Army General Staff Identification.

Army Rank Insignia for Colonel.

(iv)
General Staff Corps Badge.

(v)
Miniatures including a Liberation of the Philippines.

Wristwatch, engraved on the reverse (To Eleanor from Harold Xmas 1917).
