Patrick Sullivan was born at St. Peter & Pauls, Cork, Ireland; a Fisherman by trade, he re-enlisted into the 3rd (Militia) Battalion, Royal Munster Fusiliers on 6 June 1902 at Blackrock. Medal awarded February 1905.
