Frederick Hugh Clark, of Ilford in Essex, served in France from September 1918 as an officer attached to the 1st/19th (County of London) Battalion, The London Regiment (St. Pancras) (T.F.). He retired in 1921 and is entitled to a Pair only for his Great War service.
