Herbert Henderson was born at Newdeer, Aberdeen and enlisted at South Shields, he first sees service in France from 9 September 1915 and was killed in action on 1 July 1916 whilst serving with the 7th Battalion. He is buried at the Fricourt British Cemetery, France.
Sold with minor research that includes details of his Dependant's Pension which was to go to his mother who was living at 17 High Street, Banff.
