A casualty's 1914 Star awarded to Private - later Corporal - A.T. Wallis, 56th General Hospital, Royal Army Medical Corps, who saw service on the Western Front from 19 August 1914 and was killed in action on 1 June 1918

Arthur Thomas Wallis saw service as a Private and later Acting-Corporal on the Western Front from 19 August 1914 and was killed in action on 1 June 1918 whilst serving with 56th General Hospital, Royal Army Medical Corps. The son of Mr. and Mrs. T. Wallis of 19 Bridge Street, Llangollen, Denbighshire he is buried in Etaples Military Cemetery. He was a native of Wrexham.
