Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, 4 clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Johannesburg, Belfast (2288 Pte G. Souter, Gordon Highrs:), small edge bruise, otherwise very fine

George Souter was born at St Marys, Dundee, Forfarshire in 1876 and enlisted with the Gordon Highlanders on 9 July 1894. He served for a little over three years before being posted to the Army Reserve on 27 April 1897 and finally discharged on 19 July 1901.
