(x) Efficiency Medal, Canada, G.VI.R. (Cpl. P. A. Pavelin C.A.C.), good very fine

Phillip Alexander Pavelin was born on 20 October 1904 and he served with the Mississauga Horse from 18 October 1934-14 December 1936, whence he joined the Governor General's Horse Guards, serving with them until 13 July 1940. He continued to serve in the United Kingdom with the 3rd Armoured Regiment (G.G.H.G.) during the Second World War, being further entitled to the Defence and War Medals and Canadian Service Medal with Overseas clasp.
