Charles Baden Fallows was born at Bow, London on 8 May 1900 and enlisted at London with the Royal Marines on 21 August 1917. Posted to the Plymouth Division, he served with them until September 1918 when he joined H.M.S. Highflyer, remaining with her until after hostilites ended.
Serving with numerous vessels in the interwar period including Malaya, Queen Elizabeth and Colossus he was awarded his L.S. & G.C. while with Norfolk, in August 1933. Still in uniform during the Second World War Fallows served with President III for the duration. Released to the Reserve on 29 September 1945 he died on 4 September 1954; sold together with copied service records and medal rolls.
Further entitled to the British War and Victory Medals as well as the Defence and War Medals 1939-45.
