1893-1964 A small group of B.W.I. covers (15): Antigua 1907 2d. blue registered envelope to Chipping Norton uprated with 1d., Grenada 1893 envelope registered to England bearing 1895-99 1d. (2) and 1898 2½d., 1938 envelope registered to Grimsby bearing 1938-50 ½d. to 1/-, Jamaica 1935 envelope bearing 1921-29 3d. (defective) with "1d/to pay/134" handstamp applied on arrival and G.B. 1d. postage due, Leeward Islands 1903 2d. blue registered envelope to Chipping Norton uprated with 1902 1d. (2), St. Kitts Nevis (3), Trinidad and Tobago with fascinating 1906 envelope bearing 1898 2d. initially registered to Uruguay via Barbados, then re-addressed to New York, Brazil, Trinidad and eventually Washington, 1906 envelope bearing 1898 2d. with "per. royal mail packet" handstamp and 1900 envelope from Sheffield addressed to Barbados, returned to Sheffield and marked "Gone Home" with "royal mail steam packet / barbados" cachet in violet. Mixed condition though an interesting group.
