1945-49 advanced mint and used collection of Local Issues and Allied Occupation neatly arranged on four custom made albums with space for specialisation including different papers, perforations, watermarks etc, with miniature sheets and duplicated values; also 1945 Austria "Grazer-Provisorien" set of 23 with A. Kovar certificate, some dubious stamps valued on their merit but also included many expertised examples, a fantastic lot for the expert of the area, mixed condition with many fine, inspection strongly advised.
