1868 Egypt-Italy combination cover addressed to Italy sent from the Italian PO in Alexandria bearing Italy 60c. tied by "234" Alexandria numeral cancel and alongside "Alessandria d' Egitto poste Italiane" c.d.s. (1.10), in combination with Egypt 1pi. tied by Cairo c.d.s. (2.10), on the lower corner of the envelope "piroscafi/postali/italian"boxed maritime handstamp, the reverse with Alessandria (3.10) and Brindisi (6.10) transit c.d.s and Rovigo arrival c.d.s. (7.10); envelope roughly opened and with a couple of staple holes on the left side not affecting the adhesives, a scarce cover.
