(2) and 2½d. and showing provisional registration label; 1939 (Mar.) envelope to USA bearing 6d. and 1/- plus US Air 10c. (2) applied for onward airmail from New York; 1939 (May) and 1940 (Jan.) unsealed envelopes to USA and England both bearing ½d.; 1939 envelopes (2) to USA both bearing 2½d. and showing circular Censor cachets in green for Nos. 3 and 43; 1940? and 1942 envelopes to England bearing 3d. and 1/6d.; 1941 (11 Jan.) envelope registered from Hamilton to New York bearing 1/6d.; 1942 envelope registered from Flatts to Chile bearing 1/- and 1/6d. (2); 1944 (Dec.) Eastman Kodak parcel label bearing ½d. and 6d.; 1946 (16 Nov.) Cable and Wireless (West Indies) Limited "TELEGRAM" envelope (small tear at top left) with original telegram from the Duchess of Windsor in Hamilton, addressed to "Mrs Brooks Howe, Midocean Club, Tuckerstown" and bearing ½d. tied by slogan d.s.; and 1949 3d. registered envelope to USA uprated with 6d. and bearing US Officially Sealed label. A most interesting lot well worth examination.
