Dummy Stamps
1930s Harrison and Sons Sample Book, "Collogravure Recess and Surface Printing Applied to the Production of Postage and Revenue Stamps, Bank Notes and Security Work", 28 pages booklet, including sixteen blocks (with eleven different stamp designs) and one banknote; the stamps perforated and on gummed paper, are all in blocks of eight or ten, (plus one of sixteen depicted the founder of Harrison) and affixed into the booklet by moistening a couple top stamps in each block; some of the designs are similar to ones issued for the Netherlands, Argentina and England, one page of bi-colour has the three blocks missing, generally very fine condition. A rare philatelic sample book.
