India, Mughal Empire, Shah Jahan (1628-1658), gold Mohur, 10.93g, Multan, AH1069 / 33, legends in square frame with knotted corners both sides (KM 260.13), an attractive and strongly struck coin with no obvious faults, rare last date for Shah Jahan, good extremely fine

The date AH1069 (1659) was after Shah Jahan was replaced by Aurangzeb, however it is generally accepted that some mints continued striking coins in his name after his reign had officially ended.
