PTOLEMAIOI BASILEIOS eagle standing on thunderbolt left, filleted cornucopiae in left field, XP monogram in between legs, 12h, 70.07g (Svoronos, 964; SNG Copenhagen, 171) lustrous at points with peripheral porosity and verdigris, flattened at points but nevertheless a nice strike, brown patina, scarce and about good fine to very fine; AE Tetrobol, diademed head of Zeus-Ammon right, rev. PTOLEMAIOI BASILEIOS, Eagle standing on thunderbolt left, head facing right, cornucopiae to right shoulder, E between legs, 12h, 40.67g, (Svor., 974; SNG Cop., 224) flattening of details as typical of this issue, otherwise lustrous and well-centred, good fine to very fine (2)
