REX • fifth crowned bust right, rev. • (m.m.) • HENRICVS • ROSAS • REGNA • IACOBVS, crowned shield, dividing I-R, 4.86g, 10h, m.m. plain cross (Lingford 990(a); Schneider II, 41; North 2089; Spink 2623), clipped and bright with minor metal stressing behind bust, yet lustrous, with a linear die flaw in reverse field, nevertheless pleasingly uniform and bold for strike, especially to fineries of the portraiture and shield, very fine or better thus
