"On Postal/Service" at top left and "From Prisoners of War Camp, Thayetmyo,/Burma, India" at foot, addressed to Basra, showing poor circular "censorship stamp/Passed by Commandant/Date..../Signature or Initials/Camp thayetmyo/burma" in blue (Davis Fig. 54), apparently undelivered and sent to Basra H.Q., then to Enquiry Office C.B.O., from there to Bombay D.L.O. and finally to Rangoon D.L.O.
