1855 (13 Mar.) entire letter from Ahmedabad to England, marked "Via Southampton", bearing 1a. red Die I and 4a. 1st printing (2), both cut to shape in two slightly different shades, cancelled by diamond of dots, showing framed "india paid" and London Paid datestamp with, on reverse, framed despatch Paid datestamp in red and arrival (21.4) c.d.s. The usual minor imperfections including archive vertical fold not effecting the adhesives. A scarce and attractive letter. S.G 12, 18. Photo
