A very comprehensive, mostly mint collection housed in a blue album, including 3d. half tone essay in brown, cut down Die Proof of the head in purple, Die Proof of the head in black with reversed "4 RM 2", 1d. Die Proof of the accepted design with uncleared value tablets, paper trials, Controls including ½d. no Control in a block of 20 (N4), shades including 1912 1d. scarlet vermilion (N11(6)), inverted and sideways watermarks, varieties with no Cross on Crown, paper folds, coil joins, perfins with (Crown)/BT, etc., chiefly good to fine. A wonderful lot and a fine basis for expansion
