Unified George V." ordering "1 Sheet (240 set) from each of the following", listing out a number of shades and printers making a "Total 15 sheets", signed by Seymour Bennett, 30/11/11 with "stamping depart. / 30 nov 1911" handstamp at lower right. Some folds and bends to paper though rare and most unusual.
