Plate 176: SG, just tied at left (and through the cover) to entire to Cardiff, London Inland section "14" barred oval cancellation, on reverse Maltese Cross (27.2.1854) and Cardiff (28.2) datestamps; filing folds clear of the adhesive and markings, fine and a new discovery, this being the earliest recorded use of Plate 176 which was previously noted as 4 March 1854.
