Dixon, sent through the civilian post with British Somaliland 1a. tied by in strokes and Berbera c.d.s.; 1904 (3 May) two picture post cards to Nottingham bearing India K.E.VII 1a. frankings; 1904 (27 Oct.) envelope to Punjab bearing India Q.V. ½a. tied by Base Office Berbera c.d.s. and 1904 (18 Nov.) 1a. on 2½a. envelope to London cancelled by Base Office Berbera c.d.s., sent by members of the temporary garrison which remained in Somaliland. Also a coloured picture postcard (unused) depicting a Detachment of 1st Hampshire Regiment on trek, Somaliland Campaign, 1903. (6 covers)
