An extensive collection on leaves which includes Agra boxed Peon no.11 and one other, unframed small numerals 11 and 31; Allahabad boxed Peon 2, 16 and one other, numbers in circles with 25, 31 (3), 42 (2), 55, 57 and 89; Bareilly City intaglio no.3 (4) and no.8 (4); Benares 21; Cawnpore numbers in circles with 19, 25 (2), 39 and 41; Chander small intaglio numbers with 1 (2); Delhi small intaglio numbers with 3 (2). 4 and 24; Gaya intaglio 1; Hatras circular Peon no.1, unframed numerals 2; Jhansi a superb strike of intaglio no.4; Jodhpur numbers in circle with 1 (4), 3 and 6; Lucknow numbers in circle with 1 (3) and 53; Mizapore circular no.5 and no.6 (2) and Maini-Tal with small 6 in circle (4). Condition is naturally a little mixed as is to be expected, however, a fabulous study collection of these under-studied marks. (56 covers)
