1855-99 a group of covers from Bombay which includes various De la Rue values used locally (7) or to U.K. (2) cancelled by different type of the "1" postmark or "3" of Mumbadevie urban office (2); a couple of later panels with duplex postmarks, 1899 returned letter with boxed "refused", Bombay D.L.O., boxed "received open and torn/manager d.l.o. bombay" plus numerous c.d.s.; also 1855 (27 Aug.) wrapper from Pothankote to Ireland "Via Bombay + Southampton" bearing 1854 1a. tied by diamond of dots, here the adhesive has been cut into eight triangles prior to fixing to deter its removal in transit. A good group (13 covers)
